"The other difference is that Novanta is not full service. Customers order at the counter and get a number. Then they sit down and their food is brought to them. Novanta won't have pasta to start, but may include it later if there is a demand for it, Mattioli said. The menu is basically pizza, panini, and salad with a big emphasis on the mozzarella bar, he said."

I checked into this spot last week.
I grabbed a wood fired pizza to go, it was fine and texturally spot on.
Although, the dough was too salty and the sauce was uninspiring.
I really want this spot to succeed, but I am saddened by what I perceive as managerialism before inspiration.
I hate to see this wasted potential given, well, the potential of this site.
