I know the Chef. He is a good guy who gets flavors. He is also very creative and puts unexpected things together in the right places. He has passion.
He has been in the biz a long time and knows how to run a pro kitchen. His crew is solid and is turning out dependable dishes.
I had the Sausage: Housemade Italian sausage served atop garlic risotto. The put a nice strip of red sauce over the top. Hit the spot in a lot of ways. Meat, garlic, creamy, filling, satisfying.
