Hopefully, more news to follow shortly....

she got back to me too, said the same thing.

that's as cool as cheap air conditioning... which is back to unicorns, jet packs and transporters. which would be the best except for the rare re-materialization mishaps.

the article wrote:The utility provider posted $11.5 million in net earnings on $158.6 million in revenue for the quarter. That's up sharply from the same time period in 2005, when MGE made $8.2 million on $138.9 million in revenue.

I missed this when it came up again recently, but Judy wrote back to me too. Glad to see the support continues on the DP and the DPF.

So like, is everything all better now?

Is it safe to walk the streets near High Noon without a bodyguard and a Bazooka?

Chewing gum and thinking at the same time...

No shit, there's only so many night a week AJ and Harrisimo can go there. .

8) I think maybe I turn my amp up too loud for them... we'll see

Most Jazz club owners don't really dig it when you play a song by Billie Holiday followed by a song by Merle Haggard followed by a song by Steve Vai. It makes them cornfused and nervous...

LOL. I hear ya... I can't sing tho' (well, I can't sing well). I try to keep the
songs short. Lots of 3 minute songs

hindsight is 20/20, but I'd just like to say that I didn't take my medicine on the day that I wrote that we should replace Judy...

that said, I'd still vote for Chuck

Southwest Quadrant?

What an artificial qualifier! The High Noon is arguably the best venue in the state, regardless of this quadrant nonsense (that word alone screams how seriously this thing takes itself), and it certainly outclasses anything else on that list (Scott Street Steak 'n Pub? Who are they kidding?).

High Noon definitely outclasses Milwaukee Ale House, which is another huge WTF in those awards. Like the WAMIs aren't ever anything more than a huge WTF-fest anyway.

I'm going to start an annual to-do called "WTF Fest." Reminds me of those guys who live in that house on Willy with the "Crank-it-up Fest" sign out front.

Scott Street Steak n Pub in Wausau is up for bank auction due to foreclosure on June 27th. So much for that.

Fock the City of Madison. Liberal Jack-Booted Nazi Thugs are just as much Jack-Booted Nazi Thugs as Conservative Jack-Booted Nazi Thugs.

There's a reason I don't live in Dane Co. anymore.

I haven't been beaten or harrased by Nazi's in the decade I lived here. Do I need They Live glasses or something? Is it the smoking in taverns thing again?*yawn*

On the brightside a lot of times cops here will let you off for weed as opposed to jail time in the Hinterlands.

Enjoy that Northern Wisconsin music scene. It is the next Seattle, except for the fact it is dominated with pathetic cover bands with zero chance of national recognition. Ever.

Diff strokes, diff folks I guess.
