I buy those Le Brea demi baguettes from woodmans and keep them in the freezer(woodmans gets them frozen anyway). They just thaw out and they are great or throw it in the oven for 5 minutes to refresh.
Try it, better than crackers for sure

Willy St. Co-op has been carrying some dee-lish locally made crackers lately. For the life of me, I can't remember the brand name, but they sell them in cellophane bags on the foot-high shelves just below the deli case. They come in fun flavors, like wild rice-cranberry (which is great with a bit of cheese & jam) and cheddar mustard.

Just tried the Bremners. Reminds me of Nabisco Saltines! Even the Carr's round Sesame crackers had more taste.

The Stoned Wheat was only slightly better.

I think I'll try that flat bread with the poppy seeds. Mmmm, that and some of my landlady's homemade jam, sounds good.

Bummer Dude. A good cracker should be like a communion wafer-it should like totally transmorgrify whats in your mouth.

Try the locally made ones from the Co-op. They did real well when we a had a Holiday House party.

The Potters is nice! I couldn't resist the Garlic-Baby Onion. I wouldn't put jam on that.

I'm real crackered out and humungosly into fresh produce. This was a bit of fun, for an ongoing dietary change.

The rejected crackers are going to Chicago with some Wisconsin cheese.

Potter's crackers are fantastic. The only "cracker" worth eating just by itself, IMHO.

I did actually hang onto the Stoned ones. This morning, they were kinda' good on a queezie stomach.
Might even be OK with a bit of jam.

I've been eating the Stoned much more. They are better than Nabisco saltines. The Potters Sesame and Garlic-Onion can get old fast. Do wish they'd make Poppyseed!

I turned my food pyramid up-side-down. Never could have done that in my 20's!

Your cracker recommendations
are a yummy addition to my diet!
