One of the best pizzas I've ever had was at a Shakey's in Jamaica. Montego Bay I think.

I enjoyed a Shakey's buffet in Kyoto last year, although I took a pass on the canned tuna & corn niblet pizza. They also lacked the olde tyme banjo singalong that was a staple of the E. Wash Shakey's back in the day. They could have at least thrown together a wee Bunraku show or something.

Thats actually quite amusing. My father took a trip out there a couple years ago and by the end of the week, he was jonesin for pizza (must've been the pot). He asked everyone in the hotel where he could get a pizza and no one knew. He got back in the states with designs of opening a world class pizza place in Ocho Rios to cater to Europeans and Americans. One of his many get rich quick schemes.
