I ordered a few copies of "The Art of Eating" by M. F. K. Fisher to give as gifts this year, and I'm getting a copy for myself. I read it years ago, and IMHO, this book is one of the best books about food ever written. I'd like to have known the author. Anybody here read any of her stuff?
