I love raw uncooked crunchy Ramen.
It plumps in your stomach!
But try this:Ramen Noodle Pizza
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese, colby-jack, feta shredded
some chunks of dead animal if you want
black and/or green olives
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1. Heat oven to broil.
2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Save seasoning to mix into tomorrow morning's coffee.
Drain noodles in colander.
3. Heat olive oil in large skillet with ovenproof handle. Add noodles and press to cover bottom of pan evenly. Cook 2 minutes or until browned underneath.
4. Spread sauce over noodles, then a layer of half the dead animals, then cheese, then remaining dead animals, then oregano.
5. Broil 2 minutes at 4-5 inches from heat or until top is bubbly and cheese starts to brown. Let cool about 5 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
