War has no winners, but be sure to catch the battle.

Fri.May.7.04
Jimmy's Comet
w/ The Owls
& The Vestals
@ The King Club
9:00pm 21+ $5

The Owls and The Vestals are coming all the way from Minneapolis to battle for Pop/Rock supremecy. It's bound to be bloody, not to mention catchy.

Holy Crap! Flipping through Madison's weekly newspaper brought news of this show and I was headed here to hype it myself. Seeing as how I can't bring myself to stop loving all bands from Minneapolis, I can't wait to see The Owls.

Let's hope the King Club has some Grain Belt Premium on hand to flesh out my experience.

From second grade:

Start by pointing forefinger at top of head, moving incrementally down the torso with every syllable until ending, predictably, near the groin area.

"Grain Belt Beer
Comes Out Here!"

(BUMP) the same lineup played Onopa in Milwaukee last night. The Owls and Vestals were spectacular (and we're OK too I think). They are astoundingly good at what they do. So take it from me!, it'll be a good show.
