CAKE: perky pretty kewl girls doing arts and craft and just being kewl! Every single line is ostracized and over-performed separately from the other lines so that the whole things is a gradeschool skit directed by Corky St. Clair.
The kids spout horrible puns ("Making neckaces would be a gem of an idea!) and ridiculously outdated language and references to boring stuff only a a boring adult would know and use.
Plus, we must be so united and confident in America today that this program dares to show these three little white girls hanging out with a teenage black boy. (The Asian girl is really just a white girl with brown eyes.)
Oh my intelligent designer!
Horses with long beautiful manes and muscular bodies (was that appeal of 80's metal?) teaching kids important lessons about life and junk.
