One more reason to vote line by line: I absolutely refuse to "vote" for anyone running unopposed.
If you lived in Vermont, you would have lots
of choices on the ballot. For example, consider the candidates for Secretary of State:
You could vote for the Democratic candidate, Jim Candos.
Or you could vote for the Republican candidate, Jim Candos.
Or you could vote for the Progressive candidate, Jim Candos.
Or you could vote for the Working Families candidate, Jim Candos.
Everybody loves Jim!
Well, almost everybody. The four major parties in the state may have all nominated Jim Candos, but the fifth party (Liberty Union, another left-wing party) has their own candidate, Mary Alice Herbert.
