He's gone 5 years without asking one question during court arguments. The other justices average about a dozen questions PER CASE. Parts of the article make him sound bored and unhappy with the job. I'm sure a lot of that job can be incredibly boring, but maybe he should step aside and let in someone less jaded. Probably won't happen during this administration.
To attain high public office and then just sit there like a toad and not say a word for five years borders on abuse of public office, if there's any such crime. You're supposed to do more than just show up. He's like a sulky second-grader.
