No they are the questions that show the flaws in Libertarianism.

If Individual Liberty is the highest cause there is no need for government. Nothing should infringe on your Liberty. But what happends if your neighbor attacked you or destroys your property? There is no institution to take your grievances to. So your only choice is to let it go or confront your neighbor yourself. If you get enough neighbors on your side you can form a posse and take justice into your own hands. But what will stop your neighbor from doing the same thing to you.

So basically you get to the principal of Might makes Right.

HawkHead - are you saying that the text you quoted is an example of me trolling, or are you just demonstrating that you can quote text and embed images?

It's possible that a crime could be so catastrophic or chaotic that restitution could never be fully determined or realized, but this isn't a shortcoming that is unique to a libertarian legal system.

What about preemptively reducing the risk of catastrophic crimes, e.g. via inspection or regulation? Does your "libertarian legal system" say anything about that? Or do you just say "ooops" and move on?

Over here in the reality-based community, we think regulation of factories that produce explosive material is a good thing.

And that a political party (or tendency) that attempts to minimize regulation, underfunds regulatory agencies, minimizes penalties for obvious public dangers, and systematically destroys unions and the informed and protected workforce that reports hazards and violations, all to maximize profit is, well...

suboptimal.
