I don't find it unbelievable at all; it's completely in line with the absolute lack of character displayed by Walker for years.

What's unbelievable is that so many people think this is ok. Not illegal? Then everything's juuuust fiiiiiiiiiiiiine.

Well, my mind is focused like a laser on those thongs. How long before the pictures appear!? Perhaps I can setup an alert in google.

The perversity of Scooter Walker, who has gotten through life by cunning, trashing a medical doctor who has endured grueling preparation to do important work, it stuns me. This is medieval, making a woman a whore because she showed some thigh.

Come to think of it, why should we care even if she was a whore? In that case, she should be admired for her advancement.

The only reasonable justification I can see for her termination over this is that she worked in the behavior health division. I wouldn't give a damn about her co-workers but her some of patients in the hospital finding that information out might be problematic, their mental care should take priority over her right to earn a dime how ever the hell she wanted to.

However that a issue I would expect her direct supervisor and/or HR department to handle, not the County Executive, and I find it highly unlikely that patient care was what Walker was thinking about when he gave that order.

Edit: Just realized it sounds like I think she should have been fired. I don't, however I do think she, her supervisor, and a rep from HR should have sat down a figured out if this would be an issue that might effect any of her patients, or the patient population in general and what steps could be taken to minimize that risk, with the realization that the risk might be to high to keep her on staff.

I don't see this as a reasonable concern. The knowledge that a doctor once modeled lingerie is unlikely to matter. If it does present a problem, then deal with it.

You don't see how a mental health patient with sex or gender related issues might have problems dealing with finding pictures of their doctor in a thong?

Well, there are all sorts of possibilities. A doctor who was a former priest might not be the best counselor for somebody molested by a priest. Doctor-patient incompatibilities are not rare.

I don't think your idea is silly or anything, it just doesn't sound like a deal breaker. I don't think many patients are likely to learn of the nefarious thong, it won't matter to most who do know.

I wouldn't call it a deal breaker, unless all she worked with was patients in that field. Like I said, sit down and work out what the risks are and how to alleviate them. Unless she's dead set on treating sexual offenders there isn't any reason she can't work there safely (and without putting patient treatment at risk).

Yeah why don't those email dumps have any pictures? Don't Repubs forward photos to each other? Mary Burke should wear a thong to the debates.

sounds like you got that beaver fever

Remember when Janet Jackson had that nip slip a few years ago? I suspect the nation suffered millions of dollars in lost productivity as people came to work the next day and viewed slow motion video, trying to interpret the ghostly pixel pattern as a hint of aereola.

What is so fascinating about a nipple that happens to belong to a celebrity? Why is the inner thigh of a future MD so powerful? Why? Why? Help me, doctor!

In Walker's defense, very few people look good in thongs.
