Did you really think it was over with Favre?

Stupid but true: If Brett called the owner "Ziggy," he'd actually be lengthening an existing nickname ("Zygi" being short for "Zygmunt," natch).

Try to keep up Alice. It's been a running joke for years.

There is no mention of Chilly in this article. Like most of your running jokes I don't get it.

I really don't want this thread to be ruined by your reading comp problems and Bookie's school-marm act, so let me spoon-feed you the quote:

"I know it's a kick-ass offense when it's executed properly," Childress said. "It's been done with all different levels of people and personnel. But I'm not shaken. It's a multiple system that you can run in just as easily as you can throw it, and we need to become better at it. That's my job."

Hence the Coach Kick Ass. Alright my reading comp could have used a little work on that one. Turns out I don't know the nicknames fans of rival teams have for their coaches that they base on one random quote from a few years ago. If you watched the press conference yesterday (which I think a few more people did than people who call him Coach Kick Ass) Favre called him Chilly at least a dozen times. I'll go with the nickname people outside of the Cities may know.
