2011 Green Bay Packers

Badgers, Packers, Mallards. Paddling, running, golfing. And bikes!

You think "we'd" do it? Who are you, B.J. Raji?

Just another small difference between extra chromosone set Packer backers and the sentient world.

That's OK. I had no idea that Daveport's nickname was "The Dump Truck" until I googled him.

Yes, Forrest Gregg and Charles Martin. And in mild defense of my posting, I did specify extra chromosone set Packer backers rather than all Packer fans. Unless you're suggesting that's a false distinction...

Giants look good right now and I expect them to come into Lambeau swinging.

I think the Packer running game gets going with Starks getting close to 100 yards (which is all he needs to get).

The Packer D comes out looking fresh, but still vulnerable to the run.

A late drive wins the game for the Packers. 31-29

Ouch. It really hurts that "we" lost. It can't be blamed on Rodgers. It's too bad that everyone on the offense except Donald Driver grew crab claws to replace their hands.

The team wasn't sharp. Rodgers fought hard, but he missed on a couple big plays. Each dropped pass grew more painful to watch. Charles Woodson being outraced by ... Brandon Jacobs? Argh.

This offseason should be interesting.

Outside of Driver, flashes of running game and run defense, the team and coaching staff left a lot in the locker room. It probably shouldn't have have been that close...overturned fumble in the first half was a gift, as was that 15 yard "blow to the head" penalty to keep the last scoring drive moving. Blame the caterer that filled the coffee urns with unleaded.

You must be referring to Turners syndrome, which is found usually in small rural populations and is the result of inbreeding. Characteristics in women include narrow hips, broad shoulders, excess facial hair, a red face, a foul mouth, and obesity.

Classy.

All I can say is, the Pack looked a lot like the Bears yesterday, with Caleb Hanie. Except that the Bears have a better secondary. And special teams.

I felt a lot like the Bears yesterday, sitting on my ass watching the playoffs. Just like them.

Not losing to the Giants, thinking up hilarious posts to make to message boards, the similarities are nearly endless. The first call I heard this morning on a sportstalk show from Chicago was a PackerBacker eager to make the point that a Packers loss didn't make the Bears any better heading into next season. It's hard to argue with logic like that.

Its true. Bears fans have more experience recently with schadenfreude than with winning and it wouldn't be fair to try to take that away from them.
