Is there anything that O doesn't suck?

O sucks the refs (often). O also sucks the rain and snow. I remember one game when O actually sucked the bees! I'm not even sure how that works.

One of my high school's chants: "Woe and betide them. Their lust and greed for points will be their downfall."

It was mainly chanted at basketball games when we were far behind.

My all-time favorite chant at Camp Randall(my first game as a student) was "We scored first" while getting throttled by Miami 51-3 in 1989.

Almost. Circa 1965. Students in the honors English class came up with it.

True story: one of the computer companies I worked for a few years back had a running gag at big company meetings in which the president would ask new hires to sing their high school fight song. Usually the new hire would get embarrassed and then the president would say "just kidding," and that was that. But one meeting we had a visitor from the UK office. When the president asked him to sing his high school fight song, he launched right in.

It was in Latin.

Apparently his high school had been around for a few hundred years.

The hockey student section has lost a bit of the inventiveness it had before the seating rules were changed but it's still tops in that department.

My personal favorite is "She's Inflatable/Your Mom's Still Dateable" after power plays. It's so dumb but still makes me laugh.

I always get the impression that everyone in the hockey student section knows each other.

What kind of "honors English class" thinks that woe and betide them is good English?

You could go with woe betide them, or woe and [some other noun] betide them. Either of those would be OK.
