Obama 87%
Stein 74%
Romney 55%
Paul 30%

wasn't too surprised except by Paul being that high. If you read through the comparisons with a candidates answers though, it is interesting to see what they consider agreeing or similar answers and what they consider disagreeing answers.

case in point, I wouldn't consider this a point of agreement
Do you support affirmative action programs?
Barack Obama: Yes
Your similar answer: No, but we should offer social programs to address poverty regardless of race or ethnicity

or if it is a point of agreement then shouldn't this be:
Should the U.S. maintain a presence at the United Nations?
Mitt Romney: Yes, but scale back our current involvement
You: Yes

I assume that your level of importance effects the connection somehow, but both of these were rated higher in importance for me.

If I hated Obama, I would vote for him with hopes of making him suffer through another 4 years.

But I don't hate him. I just think he's done a lousy job and needs some time off. Bernanke says we are headed for a fiscal cliff in December - double dip recession. Can Romney deal with that? Maybe not. But Barack sure as hell can't.

Have you considered voting for him for his ability to set back progressivism from the inside? He is far more effective at it, with far less resistance, than any overt self-proclaimed conservative ever could be.

Interesting concept. What's the argument for it?

Stein 93% (yikes...)
Obama 81%
Rocky Anderson 63% (who the hell is Rocky Anderson?)
Mitt Romney 3%
WI Voters and US voter 51%

I'm not surprised I'm to the left of Obama, but I think it is overstating it. For example, I answered "Yes" to the question of whether the war in Afghanistan should be ended. For some reason, it says that I disagree with Obama, which is weird because last Thursday I heard him say he was going to end the war in Afghanistan.

And seriously, who the hell is Rocky Anderson.

Well if you'd listened to the debate, you'd know he is the Justice Party candidate.

Stein 94%
Obama 93%
Anderson 62%
Mitt Romney 13%
Wisconsin Voters 59%
American Voters 57%

I listened to NPR's third-party candidate debate on All Things Considered this weekend, so it didn't come as a surprise that I sided most with Jill Stein.

That was a good debate -- I heard it too.

If no labels or names were put on the candidates we heard and the debate was anonymous, I believe a very significant portion of voters would be for Stein. The structure of party politics somehow makes it impossible for these potential voters to be heard.

At the same time, the libertarian candidate would probably attract more votes than he'll really get, because that kind of frontier-level cruelty seems to have adherents as well and their voices need to be heard like anyone else's.

Just scrolled below the fold to see my party leanings:

Democrat 97%
Green 90%
Libertarian 23%
Republican 3%

No surprise there, either.
