Sorry, Bobby, but your party has been working on being the Stupid party for decades. Its going to be hard to change this:

So Todd Akin was right! That wasn't stupid.

The Nazis where sensible.

Obamacare is like the Holocaust.

God is on our side.

we’re not going to allow minorities to run roughshod over what you people believe in!

Lazy Mexicans are stealing our jobs

So, good luck with that.

p.s.
House Bill 649, introduced by Rep. Jonathan Stickland (R-Bedford) would give for-profit businesses like Hobby Lobby a state tax break if they chose not to comply with the birth control benefit in Obamacare

The 'Stupid Party' - it means not just saying stupid things, but actively promoting stupidity!
On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Common Education committee is expected to consider a House bill that would forbid teachers from penalizing students who turn in papers attempting to debunk almost universally accepted scientific theories such as biological evolution and anthropogenic (human-driven) climate change.

"I proposed this bill because there are teachers and students who may be afraid of going against what they see in their textbooks," says Blackwell, who previously spent 20 years working for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. "A student has the freedom to write a paper that points out that highly complex life may not be explained by chance mutations."

If this passes, I'm going to offer the Blackwell prize: to the first student who turns in a paper arguing that the al Quaeda conquered the US in 2001, and we've been living under Sharia law ever since.

Edit:
it passed the "Education" Committee.

Jindal just proposed a radical revision of his state's tax code that would raise taxes on 80% of the population while drastically cutting taxes for the rich. His "stupid party" line was just to get attention, but when it comes down to policy he's just another generic conservative Republican.

And it ain't working.

Okay NOW he might be moderate enough for the nomination.

"Moderate" as defined by the Republican Party, of course.
