My fox HD just popped up... While charter was adding fox HD, they had my internet down. I called the tech line and they just went through the painful notions of reset, reboot, Oh that didn't work - here's a 4hr window appointment, etc.
It would be good if charter would communicate to their customers about planned internet interruptions. At a minimum, it would be nice for them to communicate internally so that when customers call, they would know the issue. I've been soooo tempted to drop them but I'll probably hang in there now that I can get the Packers in HD.[/u]
