Yep there it is again, and again. It really does seem to give a fuck if I actually "rollover" or not.

I'm boycotting APT until these ads disappear. Or, until jammy installs an ad-blocker on my computer. Whichever comes first.

As far as intrusive ads go, this one is not very. Clicking the close button makes it shrink back to normal and since it's nut running exclusively, reloading the page works pretty well, too.

I'm told it's unwise to turn down money in the "current economy." We've said no to quite a few intrusive ads. This one has a lot going for it: It's local, the close button is easy to spot and responsive, it doesn't cover up too much.

It may be a little buggy then. It seriously pops up all by itself even after Ive shrunk it down. I actually just accidentally clicked on it. Please don't take this click as a sign of encouragement.

If it worked properly it wouldn't be intrusive I'll give you that but its currently got a mind of its own.

It would also be less shitty if it pushed down the other content when it opened all by itself instead of covering it up.

It's not a rollover ad, it's a deploy at all costs ad.

Agreed, it's very aggravating. How about "close" means STAY closed? I feel like I'm nowhere near it when it pops open.

How about closed means it stays closed for the entirety of one's browsing session, i.e. until the user closes their browser?

"Nut running"? Now there's a mental picture I did not need.

The APT ad is annoying and a pain in the ass. I demand that The Daily Page issue me a full refund.
