But I do have just enough equipment to use my real name. Just sayin'.

Well Isthmus has to know who to write the check to for all the hard work you do. I don't know if the teller at the bank would accept one made out to "Dickless Blowhard" even if you do look the part.

Spam sucks. Sometimes we don't get to it in time, but we do the best we can.

Otherwise, this argument is hard to read, so I'm not reading it anymore.

Why aren't you as vigilant in your defense of free speech when it comes to rap music?

I will defend the Sugarhill Gang to the end Tipper Gore be damned!

Do your handlers know that you're on the record as defending copyright infringement? Why do wingnuts hate private property rights?

Alright, I confess ... since whatever example of spam was erased, it is possible that you are talking about naked advertising. I wrongly assumed that you were labeling minority opinions as spam -- just as I have seen the word "troll" used as a synonym for anyone with whom you disagree on other Forum threads. Still ... you can't ignore "iPADs Cheap?"

There ya go Blaska. Your employer is actively denying spammers the free speech you claim to defend. I don't know how you could possibly continue to associate with such an oppressive lib outfit. Surely your immense talent would be better served somewhere on the web that treats these free market advertisers with the respect guaranteed them by our glorious and infallible Constitution. I look forward to your resignation blog.

So what are you saying here, DB? You jumped the gun? You didn't have time in your busy schedule of rooting out all thought to the left of Irving Kristol to actually read the postings you were actively being offended by? Again? Somebody mentioned that your reasoning isn't always crystal clear to others, but I'm willing to bet your thinking is often crystal meth-enhanced. At least that's how it reads.

Maybe there's a class-action lawsuit in our future..

Advertising typically involves an exchange of currency for services.

Spam is more like graffiti. Actually, it's more like tagging.

Speech? Yes. Legit? No. Protected? Maybe on the board you run/own, but not this one.

These past few days I've been getting the message; "You've exceeded the maximum allowed amount of login attempts" then making me enter a series of numbers and letters, when that was the first time I'd logged in all day.
Is someone trying to hack my account?
