Sushi on King St at Restaurant Muramoto

Where are you eating and what do you think? What's opening, closing, succeeding, failing?

The salmon at Takara blows away Muramoto's salmon. IMO, Salmon is the litmus test of a sushi joint.

For me, it's mackerel. The one time I went to Takumi, theirs was very fresh – and beautifully presented. Takara is on my list.

You're right. That also would give them a chance to correct the problem on the spot, and in general is a more adult way of handling my dissatisfaction than drive-by internet slander. It's a problem of mine, and I'm working on it.
