What's a topping and what's the base, other than the crust?
Thin slices of real tomato and onions wouldn't be toppngs for me. They're given.

Beyond that:
* real black olives (oil-cured or brined Kalamata, for example)
* goat cheese (fresh or aged)
* fresh red peppers

Fennel seeds are also a given.

Mozzarella di bufala, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. But if I could get those on a desert island, I don't see why I couldn't get a whole lot of other things as well.
