Given the way Stu has been less than truthful when it comes to previous robocalls I can totally understand why one would seek outside confirmation.

Said the guy who confirmed that Walker would overturn the smoking ban.

So why was this posted in response to your post?
jjoyce wrote:Nope. That's not why "some guy," your reason for being apparently, was banned. Didn't help though.

Are you saying that is also a lie?

You'd have to ask him about that, because I don't know what weird point he was trying to make.

And that still doesn't answer the question of why you are telling lies about me.

Hovde reports putting $4M of own money into Senate campaign

There is a reason why the U.S. Senate is called the millionaires club.

Stu Levitan wrote:I hope the dems will now do to walker what GOP house doing to Obama -- hearings, hearings, hearings.

Did Stu just admit that Obama is deserving of the hearings being brought against him or is Stu just another liberal hypocrite who cries and whines about how unfair the Republicans are while demanding the Democrats do the exact same thing he is complaining about?

Given who he's running to replace, I can't really see an objection to him spending his own money.
He's already spent the majority of that cash though and still is trailing TT, who has more money on hand than Hovde with less than a month remaining. Bonus for Thompson, it looks like Neumann is doing his hatchet number on Hovde first.

The ads are getting nasty from Hovde and Neumann. Haven't seen much out of Thompson on the teevee.

I'll be honest I have yet to see one commercial (yay Netflix and Disney on Demand). It makes sense that Thompson is quiet though. Thompson's only threat seems to be from Hovde, and Neumann appears to be doing his best to weaken that threat. Depending on poll numbers in the next few weeks Thompson could conceivably make it to the general election without any major spending.

Hovde a hypocrite.

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Eric Hovde campaigns against federal farm subsidies, but his realty firm collected at least $8,000 from the government under a program benefiting tobacco farms.

Hovde is a hedge fund manager and also CEO of Hovde Realty Inc.
...
Hovde has been trying to position himself as a fiscal conservative and has taken a stance against farm subsidies.

But a government website that tracks where federal money is spent shows that between 2010 and 2012, Hovde's real estate firm was paid $7,989 under the Tobacco Transition Payment Program.

Hovde said Thursday that he didn't know his firm applied for the subsidies and he opposes them.

So will he give the money back to the government?
