Okay! This is a fun and fascinating hypothetical! If banks are or are run like electrons then they would be comprised of subatomic particles that behave according to certain bizzare but demonstrable behaviors. So when each of us sends a dollar through this system according to quantum theory it is in possession of all with the average of all outcomes on you. But let's suppose you are clever and of the quantum (electron) banking system and select for outcomes in your favor? Well it might not take long for you to need a safe banking account somewhere off shore! Now, I know what you're thinking; "hey I'm not doing anything illegal". So then we get into this legal versus ethical quagmire.
I am not convinced that banks run like electrons sounds any less gameable.http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Gameable
