Here's the thing -- it's pretty clear to me that you (and Ned, etc.) don't actually give a rat's ass about what happened in Benghazi. Be honest now, if Obama gets re-elected, is this a topic you are going to continue pursuing? Or, will the Fox nation lose interest the moment this no longer has any potential bearing on the election?

Um, people should be impeached and/or go to jail for this regardless of the outcome of the election. Gross incompetence followed by weeks of lying and cover-up. Just to drag Obama's sorry ass over he finish line.

Pathetic.

I remember you saying the same thing after it was revealed there were no WMD in Iraq.

Declassified and Approved
for Release, 10 April 2004...

Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US

Or years of cover up. You be the judge.

I'm trying to go back to your post from the time this was released, Ned. Can't seem to find anything condemning it like you're condemning the current situation. I guess you've had a change of "national security" heart.

So, hypothetically, let's say that some Islamist terrorists took a bunch of Americans hostage in Beirut, and the president (in a desperate attempt to get them back) made a secret deal that involved giving weapons systems to Iran as a ransom for the hostages.

I assume in that case you'd advocate trying the president for treason, then staking him out in the public square and stoning him to death, right?

Absolutely. Won't you? If not, why not?

Won't Romney? Sure seemed to be a non-issue when it came to a debate strictly on foreign policy. Seemed to their campaign that the handling of the situation wasn't as negligent as average folks like yourself, spewing talking points, wants it to be.

Did you feel the same way after the Bin Laden memo? Just curious.

Skeptical and suspicious that our government wasn't telling us the whole truth? Yes.

What is really curious is why Stebben and kurt and others here are not skeptical and suspicious of the White House in this Bengazhi debacle. Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans were left to die and some here seem content to believe it was all because of a video on YouTube and that because the president is Obama and not Bush, reelection - not truth - is what is paramount.

And if Obama gets re-elected, will you continue being skeptical and suspicious that he has told us the truth about his role in how the Benghazi attack unfolded?

It was once, I think.

Anyone who thinks the public is ever going to get the whole story about anything the CIA was involved in is deluded.

Stu, don't you listen to Rush Limbaugh? It's Libya 24-7. Ok, pretend that you're a complete douchebag, uneducated, unintelligent and only able to survive because your wife buys you a box of Lucky Charms every week. All you "know" is what you heard on Rush, so you repeat it over and over, completely convinced that it's true.

Does anybody else think it's fucked up that Meade is more upset with President Obama than he is with the terrorists who killed four Americans?
