I don't allow this stuff to boil my blood like it used to, because I know these idiots have always been and will always be. I take heart in the fact that the younger generation seems to have a lesser share of idiots, and have confidence that Wednesday morning we'll wake up with 4 more years and a majority in the Senate.

That's amazing. I wonder if any of those folks are the same ill-informed voters who helped elect
Obama in 2008.

But maybe we're being a little harsh on everyday people. Maybe the root of the problem is misinformation and outright lies from our elected leaders.

I am not as confident. After a few conversations with some actual young people, I'm beginning to think the younger people you and I interact with are not representative of the younger generation as a whole.

We've spent a few decades neglecting the education system and we're reaping what we've sown. Or maybe I should say the Republicans are.
