Apparently, right-wing propagandists like Dangerousman, Bludgie and Leroy are starting to irritate the internet overlords such as Mark Zuckerberg and Jason Joyce. Jason gets the nod first for force-condensing their shrill and prolific misinformation campaign in "The Gun Thread", but Facebook appears to be at war with the chickhawks as well, earning the ire of everyone's favorite whack-job Alex Jones when they canceled an account, supposedly for misquoting Mahatma Gandhi (See Leroy's post).

Strangely, though, no one actually disputes that Gandhi actually said what he's alleged to have said. The complaint is that the quote is so wildly out of context that it amounts to offensive revisionist history, but if you're going to start banning people for that then you might as well declare the entire Republican Party persona non grata. From Flanders' grumblings about Abraham Lincoln and Grandwizard Robert Byrd to Meade's insistence that Hitler was a socialist, revisionist history isn't simply Republicans' bread and butter, it's a pork chop, side of green beans and a glass of milk too.

Not a Marxian or a communist or a soviet socialist (although he did make that pact with Stalin that Pete Seeger and others were so fond of). Hitler was a fascist socialist. More like (what's left of) the public sector unions in Wisconsin.

I am SO confused here. I never knew the public sector unions in Wisconsin were armed. So that's who you guys are buying all these guns against.

Wait. I thought Walker defeated the public sector unions without a shot being fired.

So... who are you getting ready for this time?

I still think it's a marketing plot, like the florists, guilt-tripped people and Mothers' Day, or maybe GM, idiots, and the Hummer.

Hitler's fascism, where the state and the corporate world were in unison, became the cause célèbre of many American industrialists, such as Henry Ford.

Was Ford a socialist or just a fellow traveler?

Nationalsozialistische (Nazi): "National Socialist German Workers Party."

You can't spell the word Nazi without the word socialist. Though they ought to throw a "G" in there and call them "Nagzi's" for "National Gun-Control Socialists' Workers Party."

Because they were socialists and gun control advocates all.

Do you also think that communist states that call themselves a People's Republic are true to that name?

Ever take a course in political philosophy? Didn't think so.

You mean like the People's Republic of Madison?
Well, I'd say for a communist state, Madison comes closest to a true People's Republic, sure.

Yeah you would pretty much need to have a degree in political philosophy for that triangulation to actually square.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got some Voss-ka ass to kick.

I am so confused.

North Korea is Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Are they a democracy, a republic or communists? Maybe fascists pretending to be socialists?

Nazis were socialists - also, its a political party, not a country: a socialist political party. An anti-gun, socialist political party.

Also, to me the difference between "Communist", "Socialist", and "Marxist" is pretty much the same as the difference between Catholic, Baptist and Lutheran. The nutso believers might find significant difference, but to all us non-believers its all pretty much the same.
