Affordable education is coming to Wisconsin

If it's news, but not politics, then it goes here.

Easing student debt is the key to cutting off the professional left. Hear the hot air leaking form downtown?

The hot air leaking form is a form used to report inefficiencies in a home's heating system. For people who have visual impairments, Mayor Soglin has made an audio version of the form available at City Hall.

That student debt comment makes no sense, though.

Hey man, I am waiting for a clarification as well.
I have had problems on this forum with those who chose monikers related to products commonly found at a bakery - whatever.
Thanks for the backhanded recognition.

Hot air reminds me of a certain cherry tree analogy.
And it's relation to Edgar.
Judging movement relies on stationary objects for reference.
Don't you think?

The OP, Laurence Meade, loves this article because it suggests that ignorant and uneducated morons might actually get credit for their "life experience". Surely all of you have heard of "street smarts", it's a term popularized by people with no actual smarts to elevate their status. Essentially, when embarrassed that they don't know what a "Freudian Slip" or "Pavlovian response" is, they point to their understanding of obsolete carburetors and baseball trivia in an attempt to elevate their status to that of people who actually bothered to read those tattered paper collections commonly referred to as "books".

In fact, a great number of intelligent people lack a formal education, but those people desperately pointing to this fact are almost universally political dullards attempting to excuse their lack of effort by pretending it was intentional.

Laurence Meade isn't stupid because he lacks formal education. He started out stupid and his lack of education is a symptom, not a result of that lacking.

What wack wack said, Howler. Nobody here doubts your passion or sincerity--we just can't always figure out the details right away.

Very confused with OP

I'm pretty sure the common knowledge is that the left are generally more educated?

I am still trying to hear the leaking form. It must be forming in a very subtle manner.

Or perhaps it has already been leaked, and in a form that can only be heard in retrospect. In that case I'll need different earbuds, right?
