I never watch WYOU. There, I said it. I figure that my TV viewing hours are limited, so I usually waste them on sports. Or 30 Rock. Anyway, I have nothing against cable access, per se, but find that it doesn't entertain as much as it mystifies, so I avoid it.
But I might have to tune in to this ShrinkRap! show that Mayor Dave Cieslewicz is taping on Monday afternoon. It's hosted by Steve Singer, a psychiatrist, who asks his guests about their jobs. The result is, allegedly, "probing" and "lively." A A photo of Singer at work portrays his show as a Dick Cavett-style chatter, but in my head, it's playing closer to "Ali G."
