Tuesday brings more visitors to the state Capitol, with the legislative Joint Finance committee holding a public hearing on Gov. Scott Walker's "budget fix" bill. Several labor groups have rallies planned and will be met by Tea Party activists bused in by Americans for Prosperity and the Club for Growth.
