This year we asked our regular Off the Square cartoonists, Alan Talaga and Jon Lyons, to depict those "unwritten rules" of life in Madison. There were too many to cover them all, but the pair has zeroed in on some crucial points. Of course, now that they're written down, are they really unwritten rules?
