TAMPA, Fla. -- Some of the loudest boos this week at the Republican National Convention in Tampa came when speakers mentioned the dread word "Obamacare" -- the pejorative for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, passed by Congress in 2010. It's one of the President Obama's legislative triumphs, but conservatives revile it as unconstitutional socialism.
