Gov. Scott Walker up; Graeme Zielinski down

UP: Gov. Scott Walker. The secret John Doe investigation into Walker's administration while he was Milwaukee County executive finally closes. The probe brought convictions of six people, three of whom worked for Walker while he was executive. Walker escapes untarnished. Like clockwork, pundits begin talking about the governor's odds for a presidential run in 2016. Get your Walker-Palin T-shirts now!

DOWN: Graeme Zielinski. Ever since Walker became governor, the communications director of the state Democratic Party has been making outrageous statements about him via Twitter and in press releases. After the John Doe investigation closed, Zielinski compared the governor to the notorious serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer. The Democratic Party removes Zielinski from his post and docks his pay. But the worst punishment might be that he is barred from Tweeting for the party.
