The graphics are impressive in this movie tie-in game ' I've never seen Metropolis looking so good. The side missions are enjoyable too. Burning buildings and the like allow you to use even the dumbest of Superman's powers, like his Super Breath.

There are plenty of enemies to duke it out with, but the fights become pretty repetitive after a round or two. What's worse, many of the super-villains have been plucked out of the comics without any thought for their character or motives. This is where the game starts to go downhill. There's no plot, either ' just a string of barely connected battles.

Diehard Superman fans will put up with the problems, but everyone else should take a pass.
