Super Parchment baking sheet
on

Tired of your cookies sticking even after you grease the cookie sheet? Super Parchment is like reusable parchment paper. It looks like a thick slightly textured plastic bag, but works like a charm - cookies almost slide off after you take them out of the oven. It folds for easy storage, can be reused for years, can be cut to fit specific pans (use for pies and tarts, too), and a 13" x 17" liner costs only about $6. Whether you bake a lot or only for the holidays, this is a significant time saver and worth it. Newfangled silicone baking mats work too, but at $16-$17, it's more painful to cut them to size.

At Orange Tree Imports, 1721 Monroe St.; Vanilla Bean, 6805 Odana Rd.; and other kitchen shops.
