UW Law School program handles consumer-related cases in federal and state court on behalf of those who cannot afford private attorneys. Focuses on misrepresentation, fraud, denial of insurance claims, anti-trust violations, credit and debt, door-to-door solicitation, payday loan and rent-to-own, and debt collection practices.
