At this point in the college football season, you'll often hear cliché-spouting color commentators say "When you've played ten games, you're not a freshman anymore." I just heard some doofus say that about Badger wide receiver Kyle Jefferson a couple weeks ago.
Well, at the risk of falling into that trap, alders who have spent three very late nights cooped up in the City County Building passing a budget are no longer freshmen either, at least in terms of mind state. Nevertheless, Mayor Dave Cieslewicz will meet with Eli Judge, Marshal Rummel, Satya Rhodes-Conway, Julie Kerr, Joe Clausius, Michael Shumacher, Mark Clear and Thuy Pham-Remmele at noon on Thursday... if they can stand to be in the same room with one another, that is.
