When making its world premiere at the Barrymore Theatre on May 13, a locally-produced 47-minute film about a half-man/half-badger that terrorizes and devours people around Madison played to a full house. Nearly six months later, the movie hit the screens at the Orpheum on State Street for a pre-Halloween blood drive.
This film is Buckystein, of course, the gloriously-B satire about life in Madison.
Directed by Geoff Lafayette under the banner of Bloodshot Productions, the flick is now available for a home-viewing experience. Now a DVD just isn't complete without a trailer of the film, and Buckystein is no exception.

"This is a must see for any one who loves the University of Wisconsin or Badgers," writes Lafayette.
The minute-and-a-half trailer for Buckystein follows below.
As promised, Lafayette is already at work on his next project, Bones Skeleton and the Toilet of Terror!. The script is currently in the drafting process as Lafayette gears up for pre-production on the film. More information about its progress can be found here.
