Isthmus on WORT: How one Madisonian got health care coverage via Obamacare

As the nation transforms citizens' access to health care, complications and controversy accompany the transition. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, was signed into law on March 23, 2010. Among its goals was to provide health coverage to uninsured Americans.

Isthmus contributor Julia Cechvala reports on one Madisonian's experiences in applying for health care coverage via Obamacare in the January 24 issue, and discussed her story with WORT producer Dylan Brogan on the January 23 edition of In Our Backyard.
